These terms apply to this website and to the free tools on it. Please read them before relying on anything you find here.

What the free tools are

The Vastu Report, Kundali and Numerology tools perform astronomical and Vastu calculations from the details you enter. They produce an automated result. They are offered free, as a starting point, and they are not a substitute for a consultation with PadamJi, who reads your chart and your building together and takes into account matters an automated tool cannot see.

Accuracy

The charts are computed from a standard astronomical ephemeris using the Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) system. The result depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter — in particular, an incorrect birth time will produce a materially different chart. We provide the calculations in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that an automated result is free of error.

No guaranteed outcome

Vastu and astrological consultation is advisory. We will tell you what we find and explain our reasoning, and we will always look for a practical remedy before suggesting any structural change. We do not promise any particular financial, health, business or personal result, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this website is medical, legal, financial or structural-engineering advice. Do not delay seeking qualified professional help because of anything you read here. Before you make any structural change to a building, consult a qualified architect or structural engineer.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, to use the tools for your own personal use, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the site or the calculation service.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and original explanatory material on this site belong to Vaastu Solutions. You may quote short extracts with a link back. Please do not republish pages wholesale without asking.

Fees and consultations

Consultation fees depend on the property and on whether an on-site visit is needed. The fee will be confirmed with you before any paid work begins. Consultations are by appointment, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kopargaon, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
