What is Astro-Vastu, and how is it different from ordinary Vastu?
Vastu describes how a space behaves. Your birth chart describes how you respond to it. Astro-Vastu reads the two together, which is why two neighbours with identical flats can need different remedies.
Will I have to break walls or demolish anything?
Almost never. Demolition is a last resort. We correct with placement, colour, metal, the direction you sleep and sit in, and timing - remedies that work inside your existing walls.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Send your floor plan with the directions marked, plus the birth details of the main occupants, on WhatsApp. Most consultations outside Kopargaon start this way.
What details do you need to begin?
A floor plan or plot layout with directions marked, and the date, exact time and place of birth of the main occupants. Exact birth time matters, because the KP chart depends on it.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Kopargaon and consult across Shirdi, Rahata, Ahilyanagar (formerly Ahmednagar), Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad) and Pune. Online consultations are available anywhere.
How much does a consultation cost?
It depends on the size of the property and whether you need an on-site visit. Call or WhatsApp 9595 995 666 and you will be told the fee before you commit to anything.
Is Vastu worth it if I live in a rented flat?
Yes. Nearly all the remedies we suggest are non-structural, so they work in a rented home and you can take them with you when you move.
Do you consult for shops, offices and factories?
Yes. Commercial Vastu - entrance, owner and staff seating, cash and record storage, machinery and heat sources - is a large part of our work, alongside residential consultations.
Do I need my exact birth time for a Kundali reading?
Yes. The KP system uses house cusps that shift within minutes, so an accurate birth time materially changes the chart. If you are unsure, tell us and we will work with the closest reliable time you have.
